Perhaps I’m biased because I eat this for breakfast several days of the week…but I’m sure you’ll love it too. Minimal fuss and effort, and no cooking required 👩🏾🍳 – but massively yummy 👌🏽 – Here goes!
Yogurt Granola Cups

1 large, ripe Mango
200g fresh Strawberries
300g Granola
200g Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
- Start by preparing your fruit and cutting it up into manageable sizes. Dicing would do. I recommend chilling the fruit beforehand. 😊
- Next, measure the granola you need, and the yogurt as well. This will take about 100g yogurt and 150g granola per person. This is my go-to yogurt for this recipe. Its already sweetened, creamy and the vanilla flavor makes it even more amazing. 👌🏽
- All you have to do now to assemble this dish is layer the cereal, fruit and yogurt in a glass and garnish with some mint leaves. 😊 No special tools required. No cooking required either. Easy bliss.
