Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe Mango

  • 200g fresh Strawberries

  • 300g Granola

  • 200g Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

  • Start by preparing your fruit and cutting it up into manageable sizes. Dicing would do. I recommend chilling the fruit beforehand. 😊
  • Next, measure the granola you need, and the yogurt as well. This will take about 100g yogurt and 150g granola per person. This is my go-to yogurt for this recipe. Its already sweetened, creamy and the vanilla flavor makes it even more amazing. 👌🏽
  • All you have to do now to assemble this dish is layer the cereal, fruit and yogurt in a glass and garnish with some mint leaves. 😊 No special tools required. No cooking required either. Easy bliss.
    Then serve and enjoy! 😋
