I know I haven’t done a food post in a while…so I’ll post a really quick and easy recipe I made on a recent lazy Sunday.
Smoked Chicken wings! 🙂
After church…you’re tired and worn out so not much energy to start cooking. Enter chicken wings. Enter smoked chicken wings = already cooked. Yay! 🙂
Ok…here goes. This is what they look like in the packet.
Then I cut them up and arranged then in an oven-proof dish as shown below :
Then I mixed the following ingredients together for our sauce:
2 Tablespoons peri-peri marinade, 3 Tablespoons Lemon marinade, 2 Tablespoons Barbeque marinade and 2 Tablespoons Tomato sauce.
To that, I added 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of crushed garlic and salted chicken seasoning to taste. Mixed it all up in a mug. Ground some black pepper onto the chicken and then poured the sauce all over the chicken, making sure its adequately covered. You can add as much sauce as you want by the way 😉
I popped these into the oven and 20 minutes later…Voila! They were looking like this 🙂
That went with some mixed Veggies and garlic rolls…which I’ll post about later lol.
